Remote Learning
Step 1: Account
Know your REQUIRED MNPS LOG IN CREDENTIALS (Username and password)
If students need help logging in to any of their school accounts, or resetting their password, call the MNPS Help Desk at
615-269-5956
For a password reset, you may email (from any email):
and provide student first name, last name, student ID# (starts with 190), and school name. Then, add student.pwrests@mnps.org as a contact so that their reply does not get sent to your Spam folder.

Step 2: Clever + Schoology
Login to CLEVER at clever.com/in/mnps
The Clever portal provides 1-click access for many applications that students access with their own MNPS username and password.

Then select the Schoology icon. Schoology is your main app to access course materials.
​
Step 3: Office 365
Email + Teams
Go to office.com and select Outlook to go to your student email. Be sure to check it at least daily for important updates from your teachers, Antioch High School, and the MNPS district.

CALENDAR
In Outlook, click the calendar icon in the bottom left of your screen.
Calendar will help keep track of your daily schedule! Any meeting a teacher invites you to, including Teams meetings, will appear here.

TEAMS
Anywhere in your Office 365 account, click the "waffle" icon in the top right of your sreen.
Then, look for the Teams app. You may need to click "All apps ->" for it to show up.

Infinite Campus Parent Account
This information is found on the MNPS site at: mnps.org/familyportal

SIGNING UP IS QUICK AND EASY. ACTIVATE YOUR ACCOUNT BY FOLLOWING THE STEP-BY-STEP INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Visit the Campus Parent Portal login page.
2. Click on the link marked “New User?”
3. To receive an activation key, email your students full name and your full name to:
4. Follow the steps listed on the site to create a user ID and password.
a. Use a personal email address as your log-in. This will secure a unique log-in name.
b. To be as secure as possible, we recommend your password be at least 8 characters and contain a combination of letters, numbers and special characters.
5. Keep your contact information up-to-date in the “Contact Preferences” section of the portal.

NOTE: After your initial log-in, you will be required to enter a recovery email address, which will allow you to reset your password on your own if you ever forget it.

​EverFi
Login through CLEVER and click the EverFi icon.
All students in Freshman Seminar are familiar with this program from the Keys to Your Future module.
Now, you have the opportunity to explore other courses!

Option 1 - Your teacher assigned you a course:
The course your teacher assigned to you will be on your dashboard.
​
Option 2 - Your teacher did NOT assign you a course that you would like to work on:
There will be a banner at the top of your screen asking if they would like to add remote classes. On your student dashboard, it will show a listing of current courses (those assigned by a teacher) and remote courses, so you can differentiate between the two.

Below are just a few courses for high school students that are offered by EverFi

EverFi Scholarship
The EVERFI scholarship (linked here) is for any student in K-12 who has completed an EVERFI program. This can be any resource listed on the site. They can apply for a $1,000 529 college savings scholarship. The Fifth Third (linked here) scholarship is for students in grades 9-12 who complete 1 lesson of Venture, our entrepreneurship resource. It is for a $2,500 529 college savings scholarship. Two are awarded in TN in the fall and the spring, and last semester only 19 students in the entire state applied! The application is super simple. Below is an info sheet about the scholarship:
Freshman Seminar
Students in Freshman Seminar may work on courses in EverFi (see above)

English I
Students in English I with Ms. Banks and Ms. Noel may access content on Achieve 3000
EL Classes
English Language Learners may access content on Achieve 3000.

You may also practice on the duolingo website or use their mobile app.
​
EL students also may also access a free 3 month Rosetta Stone license for English learning. Simply sign up through
www.rosettastone.com/freeforstudents
​
Higher level EL's may choose a different language besides English for fun learning, and multiple students from the same household can have free accounts if you they use separate emails. This is a $129 value per student that you may get for free!

Students in Integrated Math may log in through Clever and choose which program they would like to work in:
